Great to Help a Wonderful Organisation at Christmas

Lion Bill writes – The Club attended the Avon Riding Centre again this year with “Snowflake” our Santa’s Sleigh to provide a festive welcome for all those attending the annual Nativity Play, a truly magical night as ever. We have been assisting the Centre with this event for the best part of 20 years, just one of the ways we continue to serve our local community and live up to our motto of “We Serve”.

Santa’s Elves assisted with parking 175 cars, took the retiring collection and most importantly assisted with the eating and drinking of numerous Mince Pies and Mulled Punch. Apparently one the Elves ate 9 Mince Pies, he’s OK now!
