Emmaus Supported in Bristol

Mary writes – Following a chance meeting in the city centre with a homeless, cold and hungry young man from Wales, I wondered if the Club could possibly help homeless people living in Bristol. Emmaus is well known for its work with the homeless with their aim of being able to help with work prospects as well as a place to live.  The Club has decided to donate £250 towards their new centre in Stokes Croft, which will also help homeless people start their own business.
