Easter Greetings from Italy

John writes – It was when the replica Matthew sailed from Bristol to re-enact the discovery of America by John Cabot that we twinned with the Lions Club of Gaeta. This was because Cabot’s family roots are there.  Furthermore there is a big plaque on the waterfront to prove it!

Lions from our club have visied Gaeta several times and we hosted their return trip to Bristol. We still keep in touch and it is pleasing to recieve their Easter Greetings as can be seen below. Thank you Gaeta Lions.
