Glasses collected

Ninety-four pairs of glasses have been collected from White’s, the opticians in Filton and curiously the same number  exactly from Fallodon Road Surgery in Henleaze. These 188 pairs will shortly be sent to Eastbourne for sorting and then on to France for distribution to those in need in Africa, Asia and South America. Thanks to White’s and Fallodon Road Surgery and all those who donated their spectacles. It costs very little to do this and yet it makes a really useful, even life changing difference to people’s lives.
